Since 11th of January we have a new production Manager in Ulricehamn. His name is Dan Svenningsson and joins the company as his predecessor left our company for new challenges.

Dan has extensive experience in the automotive industry and has worked at Kongsberg Automotive AB in Mullsjö in various technical management positions for 20 years. Dan is passionate to LEAN production philosophy, which implies an effort to remove waste and involving operators in a tangible improvement in their own workplace.
Visualization of goals, monitoring and action plans to increase the clarity and commitment will be a cornerstone in the continuing LEAN work.

To address the internal potential of the production will be essential to meet competition and not least, an uncertain economy. Dan is 42 years and lives with his family in Ulricehamn.
